What’s included with my print order?

All prints are made using museum-quality premium luster photo paper and come professionally framed, ready to hang with a color of your choosing. Each frame is sleek, durable, and designed to complement any space.

What sizes are available?

Each print is made to order, so each print series has certain select sizes based on availability.

How long does shipping take?

All prints ship within 5–7 days and arrive ready to hang. Delivery times vary by location, but you’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Can I order a custom size for prints?

Unfortunately, we do not offer custom print sizes. Limiting the options helps us keep the ordering process smooth and ensures the quality of every print.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and times vary depending on location.

Can I return or exchange my print?

Because each print is made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. Once the damaged item is returned, we will send you a new one.

How do I care for my print?

Your framed print is built to last. Simply dust it gently with a soft cloth and avoid placing it in direct sunlight for extended periods to preserve color vibrancy.

COMMISSIONS

What’s included in a commission piece?

A commissioned piece includes a high-resolution digital file of your completed artwork. Printing and shipping are not included in the base price. However, we can help arrange professional printing and shipping for an additional fee.

How much do commissions cost?

Since each commissioned art piece is its own unique project, pricing will depend on size and complexity of the artwork. Please fill out the commission request form for a quote.

As with most standard commissions, a 50% deposit is required up front with the remaining 50% due upon completion.

Do you ship commissions internationally?

Since commissions are delivered as a digital file, there are no shipping limitations. If you opt for printing and shipping assistance, availability and shipping costs will depend on your location.

What’s the commission process?

Share your story – Fill out the commission request form with your key milestones and vision.

Concept & review – You’ll receive two rounds of the draft for approval: first the outline, then a half-way progress proof.

Final delivery – You receive your high-resolution final artwork as a digital file, ready for printing.

How long does it take?

Commissions generally take 4-6 weeks, depending on complexity and our current schedule. However, we may be able to deliver it sooner upon request for an additional fee.

Can I gift a commission?

Yes, commissions are a meaningful gift for founders, couples, or milstone celebrations.
